Vous serez basé au Mercure Pont d'Avignon Centre, à l'intérieur des remparts, entre le Pont d'Avignon et le Palais des Papes.

Tu alterneras entre des missions sédentaires et sur le terrain.
Tes missions :
-Garantir le bon déroulement des événements
-Contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs du CA
-Traiter et suivre les demandes
-Gérer les demandes entrantes, saisir les réservations avec précision et rigueur en respectant les politiques tarifaires de l’hôtel et de la marque
-Rédiger des offres commerciales dans le respect des demandes du client et de son budget (identification des besoins et faisabilité opérationnelle)
-Envoyer des propositions en respectant les processus internes et les standards de la marque
-Proposer une réponse adaptée aux besoins du client en tenant compte des possibilités d'hébergement et de restauration ainsi que de notre politique commerciale.
Coordonner les événements:
-Coordonner et préparer l’événement en collaboration avec les équipes de la restauration, cuisine (fiche de fonction), hébergement (rooming list)
-Suivre les acomptes
-Assurer de la transmission des informations auprès des interlocuteurs concernés et services transversaux de l‘hôtel.
-Accueillir le client le jour de l’évènement et suivre le bon déroulement de la manifestation dans le respect de la feuille de route
-Effectuer un suivi de la facturation et relance de règlements.
Optimiser les ventes:
-Mettre en place et suivre le plan d’action de prospections (phoning, évènement client)
-Mener des actions de fidélisation
-Assurer une veille concurrentielle et alerter sur les tendances du marché
Tes atouts :
De formation commerciale, ou en hôtellerie restauration, tu disposes d’une expérience significative au même poste. Une expérience en hôtel serait un plus.
