Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable des Ventes, le/la Commercial(e) Junior Confirmé(e) participe activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires sur les segments Corporate et MICE, en assurant la prospection, la fidélisation, le suivi client et l’analyse des performances.
Missions principales :
Développement commercial & prospection
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux comptes sur les segments Corporate et MICE (terrain, téléphone, mail, réseaux sociaux)
- Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie de conquête et de fidélisation client
- Réaliser des rendez-vous commerciaux (externes et internes)
- Réaliser des visites hôtels/clients
- Mettre en place des actions ciblées de relance et de reconquête
Gestion de portefeuille & relation client
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients existants
- Suivre les comptes et assurer un reporting régulier
- Rédiger les propositions commerciales et négocier dans le cadre des marges définies
- Coordonner les événements MICE avec les équipes opérationnelles
Veille & analyse
- Réaliser un mapping des entreprises et acteurs clés du territoire
- Suivre les performances commerciales et proposer des actions correctives
- Participer à la veille concurrentielle et aux benchmarks
Profil recherché :
- Formation bac +2 à bac +5 en commerce, hôtellerie ou tourisme
- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire ou en prospection terrain BtoB
- Excellente présentation et aisance relationnelle
- Goût du challenge, force de persuasion, autonomie
- Sens de l’organisation et de l’analyse
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) et CRM
- La connaissance du secteur hôtelier est un plus
Langues :
- Français courant
- Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral)

- Accès aux salons, événements réseau et outils de prospection digitale
