Jugarás un papel fundamental en nuestra cocina trabajando junto a un equipo fantástico de Chefs en unos de los mejores Resorts de la Riviera Maya con dedicacion y atencion al detalle en todo momento para que nuestros huéspedes tengan una experiencia autentica y unica.
Lo que hará:
- Garantizar que todos los estandares en la preparación de los alimentos sea la correcta asi como los menús se ejecuten adecuadamente.
- Tener una comunicacion efectiva en la cocina y entre departamentos que prospere con los comentarios de los huéspedes
Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:
- Conocimientos intermedio de cocina
- Experiencia mínima 1 año como cocinero B o superior
- Experiencia en restaurante de lujo
- Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Trabajar de forma cohesiva y colectiva como parte de un equipo.
