Planificar, organizar y dirigir el área de stewarding en los puntos de venta de alimentos y bebidas y las operaciones de cocina con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos de sanidad y limpieza dentro de los parámetros establecidos por el hotel.
Mantener altos estándares de limpieza de las cocinas y áreas de servicio de restaurantes.
Experiencia en elaboración de manuales de sanidad y su aplicación.
Manejo de inventario, montaje y desmontaje de equipo para preparación y servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
Coordina el desalojo de desechos y maneja un sistema de reciclaje responsable.
Experiencia de servicio de restaurantes en hotelería de lujo.
Habilidades de liderazgo excepcionales para motivar el desarrollo de los miembros del equipo.
Excelente manejo del tiempo y administración del personal según la demanda.
Conocimiento en programas de manejo de químicos de cocina.
Control de costos y buena relación con proveedores.
Seguimiento de los requisitos sanitarios que exige la ley local para la manipulación de alimentos
