Our 211 dynamic rooms allow the guest to sleep with comfort, while enjoying affordable culinary selections at sTREATs Restaurant. The hotel is 5 minutes to Jakarta Kota Train Station, 10 minutes to JIExpo Kemayoran or Ancol Dreamland and 30 minutes to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. For meeting and event, we provide 3 Milky Way rooms that can be combined into a large ballroom for 500 delegates.


Job Description

  • Liaise with outlet manager and Chef to maintain operating equipment par stock and coordinate inventory.
  • Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance schedule.
  • Following up all repairs and maintenance order in stewarding area.
  • Controlling consumption and proper utilization of chemicals and detergents.
  • Enforce efficient loss, breakage, and damage control.
  • Prepare annual budget in coordination with RM-F&B.
  • Follow up on ordering and delivery of the equipment after approval as well as receive & checking quality, quantity and storage of newly purchased operating equipments.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary department's monthly report to the RMM-F&B
  • Responsible for training, and development staff according to company standard.
  • Control staff scheduling in accordance with business demands of the hotel.
  • Conduct daily briefing, periodic communication meeting and inform staff to any up date event occured.
  • Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
  • Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
