The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.


Job Description

Supervise and inspect the cleanliness of the areas outside the hotel, such as: Parking areas, plantations, drainage, garbage etc.

Control the activities of gardening staff.

Prepare work schedule of staff and daily allocation of work for assigned personnel / areas.

Ensure all gardening staff has necessary equipment and supplies to carry out their duties as well as per the set departmental procedures and rules.

Ensure that all assigned areas are clean, supplied, in good repair and maintained to standard.

Perform daily and regular inspection of the hotel’s inside and outside to ensure that the level of cleanliness is being maintained as required.

Ensure that all garden equipment are clean, well maintained, not wasted or misused.

Responsible for handing over all relevant information concerning assigned areas for effective follow-up.

Responsible for reporting and follow up of maintenance needs and damages in all assigned areas.

Assist in identifying training needs and implement training sessions to the staff as instructed and conduct job orientation training for new employed staff.

Control and requisition supplies for the daily operation.

Report all unusual activities in assigned areas.

Establish and maintain effective employee relations.

Record Lost and found procedures.

Conduct periodic evaluation of staff job performance.

Perform other related duties or projects as may be required.


Qualifications

 College degree in landscaping or agricultural or environmental sciences.
• Three years operating experience in gardening/landscaping.
• Familiar with landscaping, climates, and gardening.
