• Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including supervision of staff accountants and financial analysts 
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization 
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements (PL,BS,CF), reports ( Tax..), and forecasts 
• Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management 
• Oversee banks, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes 
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy 
• Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures 
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process
