Le service restauration du Mercure Paris Porte Orléans est à la recherche de un/une chef de rang pour rejoindre son équipe ! Si tu es une personne dynamique, souriante, désireuse d'apprendre et de progresser dans une atmosphère animée, alors cette annonce est faite pour toi :)
Avec ses 188 chambres, son espace petit-déjeuner, son restaurant ainsi que son bar, notre hôtel accueille une clientèle variée, qu'il s'agisse de groupes ou de voyageurs individuels, tant pour des séjours d'affaires que de loisirs, provenant de France ou d'ailleurs.

Tes missions, si tu les acceptes, seront les suivantes :
Missions Opérationnelles :
La qualité de service dans un hôtel 4 étoiles
- Sous la supervision d’un manager : Gestion d’un rang, dressage, débarrassage, satisfaction client, vente additionnel
- Service sur l’ensemble des points de ventes (Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Petit Déjeuner)
- Prendre en charge le client et contribuer, par un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé, à son bien-être et à sa fidélisation
- Assurer les missions de restauration (mise en place des lieux, accueil, service) selon les attentes de la marque
- Gérer les flux de clientèle, adapter son organisation et son style afin de satisfaire le client dans les meilleurs délais
- Le développement des ventes
Mettre en valeur l’offre restauration et participer à l’animation du lieu
Développer le chiffre d’affaires grâce aux techniques de ventes additionnelles
- Le respect des normes et la gestion des stocks
- Garantir l'application des procédures d'encaissement et des flux de marchandises
Entretenir le matériel et les locaux, respecter les normes HACCP
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Langues : Français et Anglais
