Situé entre la Valée de la Chevreuse et Massy- Palaiseau, votre futur terrain de jeu, le Novotel Saclay un espace de vie où se mêlent clients et collaborateurs, 139 chambres, 15 salles de séminaire, 1 Bar, 1 Restaurant.
Le Novotel Saclay recherche son futur Chef de rang confirmé.
En tant que Chef de rang (H/F/X):
Vous participez à la réussite et qualité de la prestation auprès nos clients.
Vous serez amené à travailler dans tous les services du petits déjeuner, restaurant midi et soir et les séminaires et banquets.
Votre expérience professionnelle est un atout fort dans la prestation que nous offrons à nos clients.
Vous êtes un ambassadeur de la Restauration et du Service qui sont les emblèmes de notre expérience Food & Beverage.
Votre bienveillance, votre attention particulière et votre connaissance sur nos offres font de nos clients une clientèle unique.
Comme chef de rang (H/F/X):
- Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de rang
- Vous êtes capable d'analyser les besoin du client, à garder une posture professionnelle en toutes circonstances
- Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe.
Poste CDI à pourvoir ASAP:
- Rémunération sur 13 mois au bout d'un an d'ancienneté Niveau 2 Echelon 3 : 13.17 soit 2 225.73 € de base.
- 39 heures/ semaine
- Prime trimestrielle sur objectif de 200€ ( 800 annuel de potentiel)
- Intéressement collectif pouvant aller jusqu'à 2300 €
- Participation au bénéfice du groupe Essendi (plan épargne, abondement)
- Mutuelle/Prévoyance
