As a Chef de Partie at Garçon Bleu, you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, French-inspired dishes with precision and flair. You’ll demonstrate strong leadership by training and supporting team members. With the ability to excel under pressure, you’ll collaborate within a diverse team to consistently deliver refined, French-inspired dishes and an elevated guest experience.
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
- A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
