As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the daily culinary offerings of our in-room dining and executive club lounge service. You’ll demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team, mentoring junior chefs. Your role requires you to be incredibly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and strong culinary skills.
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
- A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
- Full availability over a 7 day roster
- Full Australian working rights, available for an immediate start
