Job Description
Located right on the doorstep of Surry Hills and Oxford Street, Ibis Styles Sydney Central offers 413 rooms and is the perfect base for guests to explore everything Sydney has to offer.
Curious and colourful – just like our hotel – we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our vibrant team. If you have experience in a venue or hotel environment, and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you! You’ll bring a genuine love for food, a flair for creating memorable moments, and a warm, authentic style.
Qualifications
- Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Demonstrated experience leading staff.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
