Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef, Exec. Sous Chef/Executive Chef to fulfill the objectives of implementing the brand standard, improving guest satisfaction, increase the departmental revenue, utilize unnecessary expenses, develop productivity of outlet and responsible for the entire banqueting, restaurants and bars daily operation.


Qualifications

  • Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
  • Experience that demonstrates well established technical know-how
  • Languages: fluent in the national language and English
  • Minimum of 3 years cuisine management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, fine dining restaurant or lifestyle resort.
  • A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketingStrong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
  • Organizational skills
