CDD du 06 octobre au 31 décembre 2025 pouvant évoluer sur un CDI au 01 janvier 2026
- Vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production en gérant votre partie.
- Vous assurez de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques.
- Vous managez le travail des commis.
- Vous êtes responsable d’un secteur de la cuisine et en assurez l’organisation, la coordination et le service.
- Maîtrise des bases de la cuisine française
- Maîtrise des températures de cuisson et de refroidissement
