Intégrez notre équipe de cuisine de notre restaurant Les 3 Dômes en tant que Chef de partie.
- Vous assisterez notre sous chef de cuisine.
- Vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production.
- Vous assurez de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques.
- Vous managez le travail des commis.
- Vous êtes responsable d'un secteur de la cuisine et en assurez l'organisation, la coordination et le service
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Grande capacité de travail
- Connaissance des normes HACCP
- Pédagogue et animateur d'équipe
- Rigueur, organisation et dextérité manuelle
- Rapidité , efficacité et créativité
