Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour based on previous experience and education.

• Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting special dietary instructions as required.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Provide direction to lower levelled Commis Chefs as assigned.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen through practicing good safety and sanitation.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Culinary degree OR 2 years of related work experience in a high volume kitchen environment
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
