Vos missions clés:
• Superviser les opérations de la cuisine afin de garantir la qualité des plats.
• Former et encadrer le personnel de cuisine pour qu'il respecte une qualité de service élevée.
• Créer les menus en lien avec la direction et gérer le budget.
• Assurer le suivi des normes HACCP et le respect de la sécurité alimentaire.
• Encourager la créativité tout en respectant le concept de la marque.
• Collaborer avec les autres services pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
