Vos missions clés:
• Superviser les opérations de la cuisine afin de garantir la qualité.
• Former et encadrer l’équipe de cuisine pour développer leur compétence et les accompagner dans leur évolution.
• Créer les cartes et menus en lien avec la direction.
• Contrôler les coûts par une bonne gestion rigoureuse des achats et élaborer les fiches techniques.
• Assurer le suivi des normes HACCP et le respect de la sécurité alimentaire.
• Encourager la créativité tout en respectant le concept de la marque.
• Collaborer avec les autres services pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Expérience minimum de 2 ans en tant qu’Assistant Chef de Cuisine dans l'hôtellerie/restauration.
- Connaissance de la cuisine Italienne.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de personnel.
- Sens du service client développé avec une forte orientation satisfaction client.
- Capacité à gérer les situations de stress avec calme et professionnalisme.
- Connaissance et application des normes d’hygiène alimentaire, de sécurité en cuisine, et de gestion des risques (HACCP, règles sanitaires).
