Missions :
Le chef comptable traduit en chiffres toute l’activité de l’entreprise. Il est responsable de l’équipe de comptables de l’hôtel
Principales responsabilités :
- Enregistre les factures fournisseurs et clients et suit les encaissements et les décaissements
- Collecte et édite les documents de synthèse concernant les informations financières de l’entreprise : amortissements, prévisions, régularisations, impôts sur les bénéfices…
- Réalise périodiquement les états de rapprochement et les soldes
- Elabore le bilan et le compte de résultat de l’hôtel
- Prépare le reporting et le bilan de pré-consolidation
- Détecte les erreurs et recherche les sources d’informations
- Conseille et développe des contacts avec les opérationnels
- Garantit la fiabilité des informations comptables.
- Respecte les échéanciers internes et externes.
- Sait identifier et faire remonter les éléments qui posent problème.
- Vérifie les comptes établis par les comptables.
- Gère l’ensemble des comptables et s’assure du bon fonctionnement de l’équipe
