Job Description

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Butlers to be the heart of creating extraordinary moments for our guests. Whether you're starting your journey in hospitality or are a seasoned professional, we offer an incredible opportunity to deliver personalised, world-class service on a unique and luxurious platform.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Craft unforgettable guest experiences by providing exceptional, attentive service throughout their journey.
  • Prepare carriages to perfection before departure, ensuring every detail aligns with guests’ preferences (from linens to special requests).
  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure their comfort in their private cabins.
  • Be a trusted source of information, serve refreshments, and create a seamless, tailored journey.

Cabin Housekeeping:

  • Maintain guest cabins to the highest luxury standards, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and order.
  • Replenish amenities and linens, guaranteeing an inviting and indulgent environment.
  • Deliver impeccable nightly turndown service and morning cabin refreshment, adhering to every standard of care.
  • Conduct regular cabin checks, addressing maintenance needs promptly.

Food and Beverage Service:

  • Serve drinks, snacks, and meals with finesse, creating a private dining experience for guests.
  • Handle breakfast-in-cabin requests, and for suite cabins, assist with exclusive lunch or dinner service in collaboration with the team.

Safety & Emergency Preparedness:

  • Prioritise guest safety by mastering emergency protocols and identifying risks proactively.
  • Maintain a calm, professional presence, ready to handle any situation with care.

     


    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    • passion for luxury hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
    • Experience in high-end service roles (hospitality, fine dining, or similar).
    • Flexibility with shift hours and a willingness to travel.
    • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
    • A high school diploma in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory—your attitude and commitment matter most!
    • Right to live and work in Italy.
