The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Prepare and prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
Master all basic cooking methods such as cutting ingredients and preparing daily supplies for assigned positions.
Monitor food quality during processing, storage, and food safety.
Transport, receive, process, and store goods in the warehouse provided daily.
Transport, process, and store ingredients provided daily under the supervision of the Deputy Head Chef and Head Chef in accordance with regulations.
Comply with food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.
Promptly report any hazards, equipment requiring repair or maintenance to the immediate supervisor
Complete other tasks assigned by the head Chef.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Butcher or similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, and procedures
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
