1. Assist and, when necessary, substitute the waiter.
2. Assigned to work in the restaurants.
3. Assist waiter in carrying out preparations in the restaurant.
4. Carry food and beverages to the dining area.
5. Take dirty laundry to the laundry and bring back clean laundry.
6. Collect empty services and take them to the dishwashing unit.
7. Prepare the service plates needed throughout service, collect the empty plates, and instruct the interns.
8. When necessary, Take and serve orders from customers.
9. Comply with the departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department.
10. Comply with operational rules.
11. Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours.
12. Attend the orientation training.
13. Undergo two performance assessments each year.
14. Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
15. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
16. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

• Education: At least a vocational school or high school diploma.
• Experience: Not expected.
• Foreign Language: Ability to communicate using the “service language” in at least one of the languages.
• Courses and Training: Vocational trainings.
• Computer Literacy: Not required:
• Skills: Is in the process of learning the products and services in the related field.
