Job Description

We are located in uxbridge road in Ealing, 6mn walk from Ealing Broadway station/ Elisabeth Line
The Breakfast & Kitchen Assistant contributes to the hotel`s success ensuring our food preparation and service standards are met, by ensuring prompt service with upbeat and clean atmosphere.
Main Duties:
• Preparing and serving cold buffet breakfast.
• Preparing and serving a la carte restaurant menu.
• Welcoming guests and clearing tables.
• Assisting with bar and snacks service as necessary.
• Checking that all fridges and displays have been sufficiently stocked
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen with strong attention to detail
• Checking deliveries and reporting any issues to the hotel management.
• Ensures compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety.
Breakfast Shifts Patterns :
06:30 am to 14:30pm Or 5.30am to 13:30pm Or 7.30am to 12.30am
Qualifications
Work Experience
- Can do attitude
- Intermediate English level
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards
