Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Brand Management and Marketing Manager, MEA APAC to join our team. This role will be based in Saudi Arabia/Turkey and will be reporting directly to the Director of Brand Management and Marketing, MEA APAC and is responsible for providing expert brand marketing and Brand Management support to all Premium, Midscale and Economy brands across the MEA APAC Hub. The Brand Management and Marketing Manager will also be responsible to ensure clarity and consistency of brand positioning, brand identity and branded experiences across the Hub for the designated brand/s the role is to lead on.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:

Brand Guardianship 

  • Take the role of hub brand champion for assigned operating brands – with global brand management teams and regional marketing leaders. 

  • Together with brand hub team, be the voice of the hub in global brand management meetings and actions. 

  • Review, execute and govern the implementation of global brand strategies and activations with hotels. 

  • Initiate integrated and seamless 360 plans to reinforce core brand messages and amplify awareness and consideration for all operating brands. 

Brand Strategy and Execution 

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand identities, markers, and experiences across the HUB for designated brands. 

  • Work closely with regional marketing teams for the creation and implementation of localized initiatives at the hotel level, for each operating brand 

  • Support, represent and participate in various brand validation processes. 

  • Communicate to Hotel team on brand performance and best practices and educate regional talents. 

Development and Network 

  • Support Development and Design & Technical Services (DTS) teams to captivate potential owners and investors for an expansion of the network. 

  • Support new opening hotels to ensure successful on brand openings. 

Budgetary Work 

  • Adapt and communicate budgetary guidelines for the hotels for an effective implementation of the brand, strengthening brand image and improving hotel performance. 

  • Propose budget and marketing plans of each brand managed. 

  • Management of yearly marketing budgets to maximise brand performance. 


Qualifications

What we need from you 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience in hotel operations preferred. 
  • Previous creative, design or media agency background preferred. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint 
  • Intermediate skills of Project Management Skills. 
  • Ability to present and engage stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work in a team across cultures. 
  • Advance Microsoft office skills especially in PPT 

Additional Information

Work and collaborate with all stakeholders (Global brand teams, Regional Marketing Leaders, Commercial Specialists, Procurement, Design & Technical Services, Development & Operations) on brand marketing management to help drive brand awareness and performance. To drive the performance of our brands within the HUB, focusing on designated brands with the objective of Brand guardianship, strategy, and execution or ICP and supporting the development and new openings within MEA APAC. Ensure clarity and consistency or brand positioning, brand identity and branded experiences across the Hub.
