What you will be doing:
- Deliver personalized, attentive, and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations
- Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanist’s menus, ingredients, and sustainability philosophy
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong product knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality
- Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold all service standards, health and safety guidelines, and liquor licensing regulations
- Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with Botanist’s luxury brand
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- A passion for hospitality, food, and exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
- Curiosity and interest in local ingredients, sustainability, and Pacific Northwest cuisine
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Serving It Right certification required
- Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
