Job Description

Beverage Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations, including bars, restaurants, and special events. You will work closely with our culinary team and management to develop innovative drink menus that align with our brand and cater to the preferences of our diverse customers.

  • Curate a diverse and appealing beverage menu that aligns with the overall concept and clientele.
  • Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the quality and timely delivery of beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Conduct regular tastings and training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of the beverage offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and passion for the art of beverage service.
  • Regularly evaluate the quality of beverages served and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop pairings and recommendations to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, making adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or a similar role for at least 4 years in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various beverages, including spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
