Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with their luggage, including transporting bags to and from guest rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Help guests with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
• Ensure that all guest requests and requirements are promptly addressed.
• Deliver items such as room service orders, packages, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special requests or needs.
• Ensure that the hotel lobby and other public areas are clean and welcoming.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow hotel procedures for ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
• Handle guest valuables with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain records of luggage storage and other services provided.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
