We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our bar staff, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a positive bar experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage opening and closing procedures for the bar, including setup and breakdown of the workspace
• Accurately process customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service
• Stay updated on beverage trends, mixology techniques, and new product offerings
• Upsell premium products and promote daily specials to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and practice responsible alcohol service

• Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, high-end bar, or luxury hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software systems
• Experience in opening and closing bar operations
• Knowledge of food and wine pairing principles
• Familiarity with high-end liquors, aperitifs, and crafting specialty cocktails
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Understanding of local liquor laws and responsible serving practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional bartending certifications are a plus
