Job Description
You’ll deliver consistently high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies and juices while providing warm, engaging service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll maintain efficiency without compromising on quality.
You’ll also:
- Build genuine connections with guests, including VIPs and regulars
- Act as a brand ambassador for the venue and hotel Operations
- Ensure the coffee station is fully set up, stocked and spotless
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies and juices with consistency and care
- Maintain high service and beverage standards
- Support the team during busy periods
- Handle POS and stock processes accurately
