We are seeking a dynamic, service-minded ambassador for the Banquet Server position.

• Candidate will be responsible for serving guests for both social and corporate banquet events.
• Responsibilities include set-up of buffets, butlering hors d’oeuvres, setting & clearing tables, serving guest food items, interacting with guests and ensuring all service is delivered according to Sofitel and AAA 4-diamond standards.
• Must be flexible with schedule as well as be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests’ needs. Take initiative to connect with guests, inquire about their experience, and ensure their satisfaction. 

• A positive, can-do attitude and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced, exciting environment while working alongside a diverse group of colleagues 
• Skilled in communicating with guests and colleagues with a polished appearance and a poised demeanor
• Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members 
• A desire to learn and grow in a professional, fun and chic environment!
