Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Banquet & Catering Supervisor to oversee wedding events and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate banquet operations, supervise staff, liaise with clients and vendors, manage event setup and execution, and ensure every wedding is delivered to the highest standards. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in wedding planning or banquet operations are essential.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet, catering, or wedding event supervision.
- Proven experience managing wedding receptions and large-scale events.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and banquet staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
