• Responsible for repair and maintenance of all electronic systems and equipment such as In-House movie system, In-House music system, Paging system, Intercom system, Walkie-Talkie system, Audio and Video, Projection equipment.
• Conduct PPM and repairs of IPTV, SMATV system, TVs, lighting control system, LV panels, IT racks, music system, Safebox, door locks, UPS, CCTV, FAS, cable management and other related equipment as required and as per schedule.
• Responsible for technical support and setup of events requested by events BEO, restaurants, meeting rooms, DJ setups, HR activities and other departments.
• Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary.
• Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals.
• Checking and defect rectification of PCBs and all related electronic components of various equipment and systems wherever applicable
• Regular tracking of all maintenance requests on Message box or of any forms and produce reports to monitor and control to increase productivity, reduce response time and reduce breakdowns
• Assures effective control of maintenance requests by shift technicians
• Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel. Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
• Follow and implement engineering standards and engineering directives from Director of Engineering

• School education and Engineering Diploma or equivalent
• Necessary Certificates in trade or and trainings 
• Good knowledge in IT and Audio Visual.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Market knowledge of related products.
• Very good understanding of English language with good communication abilities.
• Knowledge of FLS
• Ability to work independently.
• Capability to organize and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
