Realizar abertura do caixa da recepção, em conjunto com outro conferente, verificando as movimentações ocorridas. Detectar possíveis divergências e informá-las ao superior imediato, bem como arquivar os documentos necessários diariamente. • Realizar diariamente o fechamento do caixa da unidade e faturamento do hotel, e enviar para o superior imediato. • Realizar controle e solicitar (executar) o pagamento das obrigações da unidade, conforme os procedimentos do escritório contábil (CSC / Ascon / Outros). • Acompanhar, conciliar e dar baixa nos pagamentos realizados pelos clientes, com base nos documentos emitidos pelos bancos e documentos de controle interno. • Realizar o processo de admissão e demissão de colaboradores, férias, vencimentos de contratos de experiência etc. Coletar informações e documentos para envio ao escritório contábil (CSC /Ascon / Outros). • Controlar e administrar o plano de assistência médica e seguro de vida da unidade, realizando a inclusão e exclusão de colaboradores e dependentes. Receber e conferir faturas, solucionando problemas e prestando os esclarecimentos necessários. • Realizar cobrança de empresas em caso de hotéis com faturamento. Acompanhar as faturas pendentes / vencidas, contatando clientes em situação de inadimplência. Identificar causas e providenciar inclusão e baixa dos títulos, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos.Realizar a compra e distribuição de vale-transporte, e / ou vale refeição, aos colaboradores da unidade. • Arquivar documentos do departamento, tais como: notas fiscais, contratos, ficha de registro de funcionários etc., de acordo com os procedimentos internos da Accor. • Distribuir documentos diversos aos colaboradores (holerites, cartões de ponto, valetransporte etc.), coletando as respectivas assinaturas. • Realizar as rotinas da área, cumprindo os procedimentos do “Auto-Controle”. • Ao identificar uma preferência do cliente, compartilhar essa informação com a equipe da Recepção, para que o ACDC seja atualizado, a fim de personalizar os produtos e serviços para cada hóspede e tornar suas experiências surpreendentes a cada hospedagem. • Ser embaixador dos Valores das marcas e participar ativamente das ações de animação da Cultura de Serviços. • Seguir as orientações dos gestores quanto à coleta seletiva e consumo de água e energia, no sentido de atender aos objetivos ambientais. • Executar outras atribuições correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da área / hotel.
Ensino médio completo e desejável Superior incompleto em Administração, Recursos Humanos, ou compatível
