RECEPCIONISTA TURNO DE NOCHE
Función principal
Velar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos del área de recepción, realizando las auditorías establecidas por la marca.
Brindar atención personalizada a los huéspedes o clientes atendiendo los requerimientos durante su estadía.
AUDITORIA Y CIERRE
Realizar auditorías de procesos, procedimientos, documentos y sistemas velando el cumplimiento adecuado, para a posteriori generar
informes o levantamientos correspondientes.
GESTIÓN DE RECEPCIÓN
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos del área, para la correcta ejecución del programa de Auto Control, revisando y
controlando las medidas que engloba FOCUS. Realizar check-in, check-out, atención telefónica.
CUADRATURAS Y REPORTES
Realizar cuadraturas y reportes diarios requeridos según procedimientos, para su posterior enviado a las áreas. Elaborar cuadros
informativos para realizar intercambios de información de cierres con otros hoteles.

Experiencia previa con Opera o un sistema relacionado
Fluidez en inglés, los idiomas adicionales son una ventaja,Su equipo y ambiente de trabajo:
