Job Description
- Assist the F&B Director in overseeing daily restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining operations.
- Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
- Lead, motivate and coach F&B teams during daily operations.
- Maintain strong visibility on the floor and actively engage with guests.
- Support achievement of revenue, profitability and cost-control targets.
- Drive upselling and maximise F&B revenue opportunities.
- Monitor product quality, presentation and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, food safety and Accor standards.
- Coordinate closely with Culinary, Front Office, Sales and other departments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
- Assist with promotions, special events and F&B activations.
- Monitor stock, equipment and operational supplies.
- Support continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Act as F&B Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- English is mandatory
- Thai language is a strong advantage,
- A 3rd language would be a plus including Russian, Mandarin or German
