Located within the stunning Elysium Noosa and operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, Bar Capri is one of the Sunshine Coast's most vibrant hospitality destinations. Inspired by the relaxed glamour of the Italian Riviera, our venue comes alive from long lunches and afternoon aperitivo through to sunset Spritzes, live entertainment and energetic evening service.
We're searching for a Venue Manager who thrives on people, brings energy to every shift, and knows how to create an atmosphere that guests want to return to again and again.
This role is for a hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests, coaching teams and driving a memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until the last drink is poured.
The Role
As Venue Manager, you'll be the face and energy of Bar Capri.
You'll lead a team of bartenders and floor staff, creating a culture built on genuine hospitality, accountability, high performance and fun. You'll be responsible for ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience while inspiring your team to consistently deliver at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading from the front during service.
- Creating an engaging, high-energy atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Building strong relationships with guests and driving repeat visitation.
- Coaching, developing and mentoring your team.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing future hospitality leaders.
- Driving service standards and operational excellence.
- Managing labour, productivity and venue performance.
- Working closely with the leadership team to deliver business goals.
- Identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience and grow the venue.
Qualifications
You are a natural leader who enjoys bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.
You have a strong hospitality background and understand that great venues are built through exceptional teams, consistent service and genuine connections with guests.
