Vender os apartamentos e realizar o fechamento das reservas, em consonância com os procedimentos estabelecidos e políticas da marca.
• Realizar a venda dos apartamentos, prestando informações gerais aos clientes sobre as instalações e serviços do hotel, assim como negociando tarifas com base em parâmetros preestabelecidos.
• Encaminhar a confirmação das reservas para os clientes.
• Atender o cliente, por telefone, prestando informações e esclarecimentos gerais sobre o hotel e suas tarifas, seguindo critérios e padrões preestabelecidos.
• Assegurar o cumprimento integral aos procedimentos da área de Reservas, bem como preparar os processos e procedimentos de “Auto-Controle”.
• Alimentar o sistema com as informações de reserva dos clientes, oriundas da Central de Reservas da rede e departamento de eventos.
• Apoiar o Supervisor de Reservas e/ou Coordenador de Recepção na análise e sugestão de alterações necessárias na variação da grade tarifária. Seguir os padrões e procedimentos de RM.
• Em caso da ausência do Supervisor de Reservas, realiza interface com RM/Chefe de Recepção para flutuação de tarifas.
• Acompanhar/verificar, constantemente, a disponibilidade do hotel, analisando alterações, em conjunto com o Supervisor de Reservas e/ou Coordenador de Recepção.
• Orientar o trabalho do Auxiliar de Reservas.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
