Assistente de Direção Ibis Sintra

O Ibis Sintra está à procura de um Assistente de Direção dinâmico e focado no cliente para se juntar à nossa equipa em Sintra.
Como parte integrante da nossa equipa de gestão, desempenhará um papel crucial para garantir experiências excepcionais aos hóspedes e um bom funcionamento do hotel.
- Ajude o Diretor Geral a supervisionar as operações diárias do hotel e os serviços aos hóspedes
- Suporte nas operações diárias do Hotel, especialmente nos departamentos de Alojamento e Restauração
- Supervisionar e formar o pessoal para manter elevados padrões de serviço ao cliente
- Tratar as queixas dos hóspedes e resolver os problemas de forma rápida e profissional
- Colaborar com os chefes de departamento para garantir a eficiência das operações do hotel
- Monitorizar e analisar o desempenho financeiro, incluindo receitas e despesas
- Implementar e manter padrões de controlo de qualidade em todos os departamentos do hotel
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos regulamentos de saúde, segurança e proteção
- Participar em iniciativas de marketing e promover os serviços do hotel
- Ajudar no desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias para melhorar a satisfação dos hóspedes e as receitas
- Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira ou área relacionada de preferência
- Mínimo de 2 a 3 anos de experiência em gestão hoteleira ou funções relacionadas com hotelaria
- Boa experiência no departamento de F&B
- Proficiência em software e sistemas de gestão hoteleira
- Forte capacidade de liderança e de gestão de equipas
- Excelente serviço ao cliente e competências interpessoais
- Capacidade comprovada de resolução de problemas e de tomada de decisões
- Experiência em gestão financeira e orçamentação
- Fluência em francês e inglês; outras línguas são uma vantagem
- Conhecimento das normas e melhores práticas do sector hoteleiro
- Familiaridade com o turismo e atracções locais em Sintra e arredores
- Certificação em gestão hoteleira (por exemplo, Certified Hotel Administrator) é uma vantagem
- Capacidade de trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo noites, fins-de-semana e feriados
