Estamos procurando um Assistente Administrativo altamente organizado e eficiente para se juntar à equipe do Mercure SP Jardins!
O candidato ideal fornecerá suporte crucial para a operação do hotel, garantindo o bom funcionamento diário e contribuindo para o sucesso geral de nossa organização.
Principais atribuições e responsabilidades:
• Separar e montar os processos de cartão de crédito.
• Realizar os depósitos bancários
• Realizar a conferência das comissões das agências de viagens
• Preparar boletim para cálculo de FOPAG, bem como conferir os lançamentos efetuados.
• Preparar os processos de admissão/demissão dos colaboradores, conferindo e emitindo impressos, formulários e outros documentos.
• Efetuar solicitação de benefícios, junto aos fornecedores, bem como efetuar as inclusões/exclusões pertinentes.
• Preparar boletim para cálculo de férias e rescisões, coletando assinaturas pertinentes.
• Realizar homologação junto ao DRT / Sindicato.
• Controlar o ponto eletrônico, checando freqüências, bem como controlar / emitir relatórios de banco horas.
• Organizar o arquivo de documentos da área.
• Encaminhar ao CAF todos os processos realizados, atendendo aos prazos e padrões pré estabelecidos
• Executar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
Qualifications
É necessário ter diploma de ensino médio ou equivalente; preferencialmente, diploma de associado em administração de empresas ou área relacionada
- Preferencialmente, de 1 a 3 anos de experiência administrativa
- Proficiência em Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excelentes habilidades de organização e gerenciamento de tempo
- Grande capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita
- Atenção aos detalhes e precisão na entrada de dados e manutenção de registros
- Habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente
- Comportamento profissional e atitude voltada para o atendimento ao cliente
- Adaptabilidade a prioridades e prazos variáveis
- Conhecimento em processos e legislação específica das áreas de atuação (contábil/fiscal, financeira, trabalhista)
- Conhecimento intermedirio de Excel
