- Exceeds personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Solicits wholesale and tour series business through action plan preparation and execution
- Independently responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plans
- Identifies key prospects based on hotel goals and achieve specific conversion goals
- Actively supports the goals of the team and recommends revenue producing activities and ways to implement
- As directed, participates in tradeshows, road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
- Maintains positive relationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues and global sales network
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and achieve profitability goals
- Create annual sales plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales, setting targets and quotas for each account manager
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and coaching regularly to ensure success
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline progress for upper management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
