Job Description

  • Exceeds personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Solicits wholesale and tour series business through action plan preparation and execution
  • Independently responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plans
  • Identifies key prospects based on hotel goals and achieve specific conversion goals
  • Actively supports the goals of the team and recommends revenue producing activities and ways to implement
  • As directed, participates in tradeshows, road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
  • Maintains positive relationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues and global sales network
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and achieve profitability goals
  • Create annual sales plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales, setting targets and quotas for each account manager
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and coaching regularly to ensure success
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline progress for upper management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
