Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for the One Touch Service Department. 
  • Ensure that the link between our guests and the hotel operation is always maintained. 
  • Direct the team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. 
  • To fully utilise the hotel’s guest request logging systems, ensuring that all guest requests are met within established time frames

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office.
  • Guest centric and always display an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Outgoing personality and service-minded.
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Ability to delegate.
  • Sensitive to human and cultural differences.
  • Excellent English as a second language, knowledge of another language advantageous
  • Always displays a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand. 
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
