Job Description

This position is responsible for the daily management of Front Office Department, ensuring that the highest standards of Front Office service is provided to the Hotel’s guests. Assist the Front Office Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office, Executive Lounge and Concierge department on a daily basis.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include;

  • Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • With 3-4 years experience in similar role
  • With knowledge in Opera PMS
