Assistant Front Office Manager (F/H)

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses équipes, le Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Assistant Front Office Manager.
Missions principales :
• Assister le Front Office Director dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de la réception.
• Piloter et organiser les activités du Front Office en garantissant un service client irréprochable conforme aux standards de la marque.
• Assurer la coordination de l’accueil et veiller à la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur séjour.
• Superviser la gestion des réservations, des demandes spéciales, de la facturation et des procédures financières.
• Garantir la mise à jour précise des dossiers clients dans le PMS et assurer le suivi du programme de fidélité ALL.
• Participer au recrutement, à la formation, à l’évaluation et au développement des équipes de réception.
• Co-animer et motiver l’équipe afin de créer une dynamique positive orientée service et excellence.
• Traiter rapidement et efficacement les réclamations clients en apportant des solutions adaptées.
• Assurer une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace avec les autres départements (Housekeeping, Restauration, Sécurité…).
• Proposer régulièrement des actions d’amélioration visant à optimiser les performances opérationnelles et la satisfaction client.
Profil recherché :
• Diplôme en gestion hôtelière ou équivalent.
• Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie haut de gamme ou de luxe.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, sens du service et orientation client.
• Capacité à gérer les situations exigeantes et à prendre des décisions rapides.
• Sens du détail, rigueur, organisation et esprit d’équipe.
• Présentation soignée, attitude professionnelle et enthousiasme pour l’univers hôtelier.
