-Participation au management responsable des équipes, (Réunion d’équipes, formations, accompagnement, supports…)
-Management commercial et animation des équipes
-Aide à la gestion des principaux ratios du centre de profit
-Communication externe et Commercialisation
-Organisation du travail et gestion administrative ( droit, économie et juridique )
-Gestion du Front office 100% maitrisé et Back office
-Aide au pilotage opérationnel
-Aide à la performance en terme de satisfaction client
-Construction du Mémoire de recherche sur une problématique en lien avec le contenu du parcours du Master
Manager opérationnel transverse de 1er niveau chargé d’encadrer et d’animer les équipes de production de services: Management du personnel de Réception, accompagnement des chefs de service ; organisation et gestion des activités des hôtels de la Defense ; Aide à la commercialisation locale, et Aide au pilotage du revenu management.
