Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve).
Voilà les missions et compétences :
TACHES ADMINISTRATIVES
- Suivi des virements : dossiers groupes / commercial / débiteurs divers
- Caisses journalières : ouverture coffre, comptage et ouverture des enveloppes, contrôle encaissements, remises en banque, régularisation des écarts constatés, remises titres (ANCV - Titres restaurants). Contestations cartes bancaires.
- Débiteurs Divers : enquête de solvabilité, création compte DD, contrôle facturation, saisie, enregistrement des règlements, relances, provisions douteux, demandes de remboursement, transfert dossier en recouvrement.
- Réunion DD : indicateurs, commentaires balance âgée
- Commissions : Suivi, contrôle et provisions fin de mois
- Contrôle points de fidélité ALL : édition rapport, contrôle des transactions, suivi des points de courtoisie, restitution à la hiérarchie
- Archivage annuel : commande des cartons, mise en cartons, fixation date enlèvement, envoi demande de destruction.
- Contrôle no show & annulation tardive : contrôle facturation et suivi dossiers
- Offerts : ouverture des comptes et clôture des comptes offerts et coupons
- Comptabilité : justificatif des écarts sur le rapprochement bancaire mensuel
QUALITE
- Suivi et réponses aux avis clients (TRUST YOU, BOOKING, EXPEDIA)
- Animations clients
- Accueil VIP
- Support qualité hôtel
Expérience minimum requise : 1 an dans un poste similaire
