Job Description

  • Maintains the accounts for hotel and residences such as preparing financial statements, and completing bank and balance sheets.​

  • Ensures compliance with the hotel policies and procedures, as well as the BIR requirements, provides billing process, and helps in handling unit owner queries.​

  • Oversees the residences credit and collection team for Assessment fees and Condo Dues.


Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field is an advantage.​

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance at a luxury hotel is an asset.​

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a keen sense for detail.​

  • Strong working knowledge of Opera, and MS Office applications.
