PURPOSE OF POSITION 

To provide prompt and courteous Arabic coffee Making & service to the Hotel’s guests. 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Read daily events, to acknowledge any VIP’s arrivals 

• Making Arabic coffee according to the proper recipe  

• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly the coffee service place throughout service 

• Ensure that work station is stocked with appropriate quantity of coffee powder at all times 

• Report any guest comments regarding coffee or food and beverage to manager 

• Conscientious handling and maintenance of operating equipment 

• Learn and adhere to safety, sanitation and hygiene policies 

• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, and all other departments 

• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B outlets and hotel services/features 

• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe and clean 

• Help minimize waste, neglect, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment 

• Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of the coffee making station and service place 

• Adhering to the grooming standard of the hotel 

• Adhering to the Servicing areas for the Arabic coffee in the lobby area 

• Helping the other outlets in their events when Arabic coffee service is required 

• Ascertain guests’ satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise, informing a Manager about the problem and how it was resolved 

• Check the daily schedule for any changes and report to duty on time 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 

• Native Arabic language and Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 

• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times 

• Good communication and customer contact skills 

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Secondary education 

EXPERIENCE 

• Basic Knowledge in Arabic coffee making and servicing
