Au sein de la direction de l’environnement du travail, vous jouerez un rôle central et serez en support de l’équipe EDT. En collaboration avec le responsable de l’environnement du travail Evry. En collaboration avec la responsable des services et la responsable ASPEN (comptabilité / Finance
Vos missions, dans le cadre de votre apprentissage, seront les suivantes :
Comptabilité finance ;
- Suppléer la responsable ASPEN
- S’assurer de la conformité des process de commande (devis, commande, facturation)
- Mise a jour du tableau de suivi budgétaire.
- Reporting mensuel aux équipes EDT sur l’état des dépenses, réception de commande et commandes ouvertes
- Suivi et mise a jour de la base contrat / plan de prévention et calendrier des résiliations.
Services aux résidents ;
- Assurer un accueil de qualité à l'ensemble des interlocuteurs internes ou externes
- Superviser la boite mail EDT et rediriger si nécessaire
- Accueil, réponse et filtrage téléphonique
- Assister la responsable des services dans le pilotage des prestations de service (accueil, ménage, restauration, fitness, conciergerie…)
- Participer aux comités mensuels de suivi qualité des prestations de service
- Assurer le suivi des dotations dans l’outil ONE HR et garantir le bon process
- Suivi du planning des congés et des absences
Connaissances et compétences relationnelles requises :
- Fort sens du service
- Des capacités d’écoute, de respect et de compréhension
- Bonne faculté d’analyse et souci du détail
- Autonome : capacité d’organisation, de coordination et prise d’initiative, réactivité
- Fortes qualités relationnelles
- Esprit d’équipe, bonne communication
- Anglais
- Pack Office (Excel)
