Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for processing and supervising the Accounts Payable team and ensuring the timely payment of hotel disbursements.

You will:

• Verify, process, and manage all tasks related to invoices
• Prepare month-end data, including accruals, reconciliations, and accounts payable reports
• Accurately prepare payment runs, payment reports, and all related payment documentation
• Supervise and oversee the Accounts Payable team, providing effective and supportive leadership
• Manage vendor information and GST compliance

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and general accounting functions
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Exposure to SunSystems version 6 or higher is preferred
