Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts inventory to join our Finance team at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and control of inventory-related transactions, maintaining supplier records, supporting month-end closing activities, and contributing to the financial integrity of hotel operations.


Qualifications

  • Maintain accounting records for transactions with resident and non-resident suppliers.
  • Process and record goods and services receipts in 1C Accounting.
  • Manage and process Electronic Invoices (ESF).
  • Monitor and control inventory-related expenses and transactions.
  • Review, verify, and record primary accounting documentation.
  • Maintain contract records and register tax invoices.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform reconciliations with suppliers and contractors.
  • Participate in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation of data between MC and 1C systems.
  • Prepare data for financial, tax, and management reporting.
  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Accountant and Finance Director.
     

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Previous experience in inventory accounting is preferred.
  • Experience within the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Proficiency in 1C Accounting.
  • Experience working with Electronic Invoices (ESF).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
